About Us
New Forest IT was set up in 1999, when its Manager was made redundant
on the closing of Chessingtons Computers in Brockenhurst, where he worked as
a computer engineer. The company had been a front leader in technology for
ten years, and its clients included many schools and small businesses in the
community.
New Forest IT has for the last seven years supplied and serviced personal and
office computers systems in the area dealing with both PC and Apple Mac installations.
Steve Wareham has accumulated wide and varied experience, coping with problems
ranging from complete hardware failure to sorting conflicts of software, virus
infections, internet and email problems, ADSL and networking.
Our equipment..
We have sold computers to various churches, businesses, schools and other
organizations in the area. We pride ourselves on reliability and stability,
using specially selected components plus properly licensed software so that
our customers can have confidence in our service with resulting peace of mind.
All equipment supplied by New Forest IT has an on-site warranty, ensuring our
customers do not have to pack up their hardware and take it somewhere else
for repair. We set up the system, including printer and scanner if purchased,
and where required, will arrange internet connection. We also give instruction
in our customer’s own home or office on how to use the new computer.
We are happy to configure computers and hardware not supplied by us. Please

As stated elsewhere on this site, we can offer an on-site repair service because
in most situations, repairs can be carried out without the need for moving
the computer. Customers will always be given a quotation for repair before
any work is undertaken and if it should happen that further work turns out
to be necessary, we will always provide details of what is required and how
much it will cost before proceeding with the work.
